We are Nick and Paul from Ukraine. After working in the pawnshop industry for several years, we decided to launch a store that would do everything much better. Here’s the problem with pawnshops – they try to turn as much profit as possible on each transaction. And as a result, they tend to serve only those who don’t have any other options. What pawnshops don’t get is that it’s better to make $10-20 per deal from 100 transactions than $100 from 5-10 deals. Good business needs to be efficient and work with large volumes. By paying more and providing better customer service, we hope to bring in more business. Executing this simple idea is what will bring benefits to our clients and long-term success to our business.
