No podemos realizar reembolsos fuera de este per\u00edodo inicial de 30 d\u00edas y no ofrecemos garant\u00eda m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de dicho plazo (a menudo, los productos cuentan con una garant\u00eda del fabricante transferible, as\u00ed que aseg\u00farate de comprobar si te cubre o consulta con nuestro representante para que te asesore al respecto).<\/span><\/p>\n

Problem with your order?<\/h1>\n

We strive to ship only genuinely functional and useful products, but if something was damaged during shipping or if you encounter any other problem with your order, we want to help! You must report any problems to our Customer Support Team within 30 days of the date you placed the order, or you will lose the possibility of receiving a refund.<\/p>

You will have the option of a refund or a replacement (if the same product is available).<\/p>

What about shipping costs?<\/h1>\n

If there is any issue with the product you purchased, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. If it is a change of mind return, you can either return at your expense, or we can provide you with a prepaid label and deduct its cost from subsequent refund.<\/p>\n

What happens next?<\/h1>\n

After Customer Support has verified that your return shipment is in the mail and on its way back to us, we can then proceed with preparing and shipping out your replacement items (if replacement is available).<\/p>\n

What if I\u2019d rather return everything for a refund?<\/h1>\n

If you are within the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a refund after all items have been returned to Deal Zone. We are unable to issue refunds outside this initial 30-day period and do not offer a warranty beyond the 30-day period (often, products carry transferable manufacturers\u2019 warranty, so please make sure to check if you are covered or ask our rep to advise you on this subject).<\/p>

Refunds are typically issued the same day the returned merchandise is received at our facilities, though it can take up to 1-2 business days in some circumstances. Once the funds are released from us back to your bank or other payment service, processing may take 3-5 additional business days before you see the refund reflected in your account.<\/p>\n
