It depends on how easy it is to resell the item. For new electronics products, we can pay up to 75%. For something like bikes and heavily used tools, the number would be around 40-50%. Keep in mind that resellable value is not the same as the price at a shelf in the store. To determine how much we can get for a given item, we check online prices, determine how fast and through which channel we will sell the item (in-store or online with additional fees), and of course consider the condition.

There’s no way around it, we have to look at/talk about each item you bring separately unless it is absolutely brand new in an undamaged box (in which case we just need the model number to give you a quote). 

Yes. Unless you want us to write you a check, we will pay you cash in hand on the spot.

Everything we buy is being reported over secure and confidential channels to the police. We keep all the records of what we buy and from who. Before reselling an item we keep it on hold for 30 days as required by the authorities. 

If someone is dumb enough to sell a stolen item at Deal Zone, they will get caught very quickly and the item(s) will be returned to the rightful owner. Anything you buy from us is 100% legit. Stolen items usually circulate in shady dealing on the streets like selling items at offered for a quarter of the price from a back of a van.

It’s a pretty cool program we are trying out. You refer a friend to us (must be a new customer) and if they sell anything you’ll get 10% of what they get. And… you keep getting the 10% from their future sales until you get $100. We have more details about this program on a separate page here.
