Returns, replacements, upgrades, and shipping policy: 

Thank you for ordering with us. We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you may return the order to us for a refund, replacement, or we can exchange it for something different.

Problem with your order?

We strive to ship only genuinely functional and useful products, but if something was damaged during shipping or if you encounter any other problem with your order, we want to help! You must report any problems to our Customer Support Team within 30 days of the date you placed the order, or you will lose the possibility of receiving a refund.

What if I have to return my product?

If the tech support representative determines that a return or exchange is going to be necessary to resolve your problem, don’t worry! We will assist you throughout the process of making the necessary arrangements. The rep will inform you about your options from that point. You will have the option of a refund or a replacement (if the same product is available).

We are flexible and will provide as many options as possible to ensure a solution is reached.

What about shipping costs?

If there is any issue with the product you purchased, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. If it is a change of mind return, you can either return at your expense, or we can provide you with a prepaid label and deduct its cost from subsequent refund.

What happens next?

After Customer Support has verified that your return shipment is in the mail and on its way back to us, we can then proceed with preparing and shipping out your replacement items (if replacement is available).

What if I’d rather return everything for a refund?

If you are within the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a refund after all items have been returned to Deal Zone. We are unable to issue refunds outside this initial 30-day period and do not offer a warranty beyond the 30-day period (often, products carry transferable manufacturers’ warranty, so please make sure to check if you are covered or ask our rep to advise you on this subject).

Refunds are typically issued the same day the returned merchandise is received at our facilities, though it can take up to 1-2 business days in some circumstances. Once the funds are released from us back to your bank or other payment service, processing may take 3-5 additional business days before you see the refund reflected in your account.
